Tim Walz left National Guard Battalion 'Hanging"

“On May 16th, 2005, [Walz] quit, betraying his country, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its Soldiers hanging; without its senior Non-Commissioned Officer, as the battalion prepared for war,” Behrends and Herr wrote.

Walz, 60, wrapped his military career just in time for him to launch his political career the following year, successfully running for Congress in 2006.
Shameful way to end his career.

This is why pEarl used to ban everyone from his propaganda threads. Note the source. The actual truth:

Tim Walz, Who Spent Decades as an Enlisted Soldier, Brings Years of Work on Vets Issues to Dem Ticket

"Walz enlisted in the Army National Guard in Nebraska in 1981 and retired honorably in 2005 as the top enlisted soldier for 1st Battalion, 125th Field Artillery Regiment, in the Minnesota National Guard, according to a copy of his records provided by the Minnesota Guard. He reached the rank of command sergeant major and served in that role, but he officially retired as a master sergeant for benefits purposes because he didn't finish a required training course, according to the records and a statement from the Minnesota Guard."
the people on the right can not admit he DID serve as a Command Sergeant major, it is in his records it is all there for them to read, it is that simple. who gives a fuck what he retired as, he WAS a Command Sergeant major.
he didn't sit behind a desk writing stories about the real war heroes like Vance did.
Have a nice day

But he did leave before his commitment was up. He committed to 6 years in order to achieve the rank of Commander Sargent Major but he cut and ran immediately after finding his battalion was heading to Iraq. So he got busted down to a lower rank but his bio lists him as a Commander Sargent Major when he isn't. Stolen valor.
The description of "cut and run" isn't a fact, despite what social media and dishonest news outlets may try to tell you.

We don't know the circumstances around his departure and the opinion of one or two people doesn't establish reality.

More info is needed.

Which pEarl, Toxic, the Quackter, etc. would know if *they* had ever served.

The desperate lies have begun. The MAGATs are terrified at the coming defeat of their draft-dodging felon, Donald "vets are suckers and losers" Trump.
We don't know what really happened, but it is truly baffling how people accept others' opinions and social media as truth.

THAT is truly weird.

He left Because he had other important things to do Is other than supporting his battalion... https://patch.com/minnesota/saintpaul/what-know-gov-tim-walzs-controversial-tampon-bill
Indeed.

All of these radical, far left Democratic Socialist/Marxists are crazy.
https://patch.com/minnesota/saintpaul/what-know-gov-tim-walzs-controversial-tampon-bill He's nuts

So he is going to falsely claim to be VP. Well he does have a history of falsely fluffing his bio :dunno:

It is stolen valor to claim a rank you aren't. Walz bio says he is a retired Commander Sargent Major when he is not . He is a retired Sargent Major.
Actually, he retired as a Master Sergeant for retirement purposes. He had not completed a course necessary for him to retire at a higher rank.

The last rank he held before retiring was Command Sergeant Major.

But I guess you MAGA people have to derogate him somehow...so have at it. (Don't mind the laughter coming from us.)

I don't give a shit why he left.
his record shows he held the rank of Command Sergeant major.
it is right there so it is not " stolen valor "
Have a nice day
Ok... I'm totally sure you don't care... That makes you part of the problem....(stolen valor includes fudging about military service in a way to get credit where credit is not truly and sincerely earned...)

Indeed,TOP.

"One person’s socialism is another person’s neighborliness."
Tim Walz

Socialism…Marxism at the top of the Democratic ticket.
I know.... There isn't a single thing. I like about him except that he has a rescue dog and cat.... ;) His attitude towards our kids...our schools... and our teachers...is unacceptable....

I just saw a video of Walz saying he carried a AR 15 into war. The closest he ever got to war was Italy. (more stolen valor) Walz cut and ran rather than going to war.
