About 99% of abortions are performed well before the third trimester and about 90+% of them (performed in the third trimester) are due to a medical condition where the LAST thing the woman involved wants is an abortion.

The issue was her mom tried to hide the fact that she was pregnant... There would have been plenty of time for an abortion in Columbus.Had she addressed the situation to me... She was covering for the illegal boyfriend... Who got a life sentence But was given a plea deal for the possibility of parole someday...because the family begged and the judge ....smh...

again, for the more ignorant among us, state's choice has been the Republican platform since 1972........true, I think that only the most evil among us will promote killing unborn children......however I know we will never be rid of the most evil people......the best we can do is isolate them together in small areas.....places like prisons and California......

sorry but you are wrong......Ohio would have permitted the ten year old to have an abortion......they also would have convicted and jailed her rapist......YOU are the one who didn't want that to happen......I mean, he might have been deported just for raping a ten year old.......

get serious, what difference does it make if only 1% of abortions occur in the third trimester?......what matters is that you fucks WANT abortions to be available until the moment of birth.......you cannot deny it.......you enshrined that into the Michigan state constitution.......

"what they did" = decide that until the legislature passes a new law the old one is still the law.......I don't know any other lawyer in the world who won't admit that MUST be legal......
