A few things spring to mind. Trump lacks certain qualities which the British traditionally esteem. For instance, he has no class, no charm, no coolness, no credibility, no compassion, no wit, no warmth, no wisdom, no subtlety, no sensitivity, no self-awareness, no humility, no honour and no grace – all qualities, funnily enough, with which his predecessor Mr. Obama was generously blessed. So for us, the stark contrast does rather throw Trump’s limitations into embarrassingly sharp relief.

Simple fact of the matter is she was able to abort the fetus, something many republicans are against even in cases like this.

Bullshit. The republican platform has been to restrict abortion any way they can and MOST of them right now in congress are for a national ban.

This would have been a rape and health related necessity...no one would have argued that...
Obviously, abortion shouldn't even be an issue here...for so many reasons...
Democrats can't let a good tragedy go to waste, though...there was never a word about the heartbreak and the horror of the actual situation here...there was locally, though...
