Under the Shadow Government regime (using Biden as their puppet), China was going to build EV plants in Mexico and then bring those EVs into the USA market TARIFF FREE. IOW, China would have avoided the tariffs against them via manufacturing in Mexico. China and Blackrock would've raked in BILLIONS while the USA auto manufacturers (and the USA consumer) got bent over furniture.
