What I see in those rough neighborhoods are a population that refuses to do something for themselfs. Have you seen the high school drop out rate (not all black I know). ​

Next, we can bring up that being "white" is to have the presence of ALL colors... the least pure of all pigmentations, whereas the darker your pigmentation, the closer to color purity you get.

Hey---if people want to live there--why should everybody else pay for it? Like everybody else, get a skill, and move on or even improve your neighborhood yourself (what a concept). I have real comapssion. Let me educate you liberials what real compassion is.

Compassion, is something you give up from yourself, to help somebody at your will. (read that one million times) I have dug into my pocket to help a young lady that I never met before, pay for her late husbands cremation. She was crying with friends around her near me eationg breakfest at a local spoon. She was so loud (and close) that I could not read my paper (I did not know why she was cruing at this point). To help her feel better--I interrupted her sobs, and told her that I didn't know what the problem was, but I am sure it is temporary. Her friends told me her husband died, and her family did not have enough money to pay for the cremation--by Friday. I donated $115 to her, and never saw her again (15 there, and a 100 dollar bill at the hair salon she told me she worked at, in the donation jar) I can't write that off on taxes man--because it is not a "real charity".. I also give this older wheel chair local Mexican side walk surfer (name is Manual) all of my bottels, because I saw him digging in a trash can at the local gas station--AND HE DIDN'T BEG ME FOR MONEY! I bet I have given him 20 bucks so far. Loaded up that wheel chair really good the first time.

now, what you suggest, that what you call "compassion" is actually distribution of wealth. That is not compassion sir. Taking by force other peoples money to supposevly help who they want (while taking a fee)---is extortion and distribution of wealth. Real Americans hate that shit---if you did not know.

Red cross, march of dimes, United way, local church shelters---all great organizations from people with real compassion.
