TO lie about Religen and use the faithfull in such a way is dispicable. Do you think they realize he did that?

I doubt it. There is nothing that seems so odd to me as the blindness of the faithful. As their leaders show their feet of clay they just march on. Faithful Christian "Soldiers".

They'll point to things like the SCOTUS appointments while ignoring other things.

Also the most pragmatic among them will say things like, "It is better to get something rather than the total zero we'd get from the Dems."

THE WEEKLY STANDARD has learned that Sen. Joe Lieberman, the 2000 Democratic vice-presidential nominee, will endorse Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) for president tomorrow. The two will appear together at a press conference Monday morning in New Hampshire, weather permitting.
