The underlying felony crime the ENTIRE case hinges on is a FEC violation that the FEC says is not against the law and declined to prosecute. For it to be a crime the ONLY reason to pay Daniels off would be to influence the election. Your stupidity is on constant display not just showing up over and over.

Okay, but let's get real. If you call someone a rapist and they have never been convicted of such, then you can be successfully sued for slander.

He made 3 payoffs that coincidentally were just before the election. There was Stormy. McDougal and the doorman who saw what was going on. The doorman was supposed to have info that Trump had a child with a maid who refused to abort.
The crimes were mostly falsifying invoices and falsely recording hush money payments as a "retainer" to Cohen. He was committing felonies to influence the 2016 election. The falsifying of the ledgers and checks was also felonious.
He committed crimes and should pay like any other crook.
