However, evidence has proven that he stopped following after the phone operator said " you don't need to do that".
The heavy breathing stopped, the speech became clearer.
Unless if course you can prove that running leaves you better able to converse by phone and breathe quieter........

Of course he didn't touch the gun. I'm willing to bet Martin didn't know Zimmerman had it, otherwise he wouldn't have jumped him.

The physical evidence is Zimmerman's injuries.

A deadly assault can be made in many ways.

You are being absurd and obtuse. Of course, he has the right to walk around but he was following Martin. This was after he had followed him in his vehicle and he claims Martin fled from him. He does not have the right to stalk and intimidate others, especially a child.

You obviously have not followed this case very closely or reviewed ANY of the evidence. Which explains why you are still spouting nonsense about Martin being in someone else's back yard. Martin is black and that's enough for you.

Zimmerman does claim Martin saw and reached for the gun or did claim that.

Zimmerman's injuries do not prove that Martin was trying to kill him. They prove that there was a fight. I don't believe a broken nose is enough to make someone fear for their life.

"A child.". Now who's being absurd.

Zimmerman had every right to keep an eye on a stranger walking around his neighborhood. If I was walking around that way I'd expect someone to ask what I was doing there. Unlike Martin though, I would have had a reasonable conversation; I wouldn't have gone wilding like Martin obviously did.

Martin tried to be a bully, figured he'd beat someone up. He didn't figure that guy was capable of defending himself.

Right. After the 911 Dispatcher told him not to follow him. And he agreed. Let someone walk up behind me, and question me, about my doings....first they will get read the riot act, and then I will defend myself. You're the racist for siding with the perpetrator against the innocent dead.

Zimmerman felt his life was threatened: fact.
When one feels their life is threatened, he has every right to use deadly force to stop that threat: fact.
