Exact same thing? You actually typed that? You are so far off. Trump took a truckload of classified documents. He knew better, but he is defiant of the law. He has always gotten away . However, he lied to the FBI, and hid the documents so the FBI would not take them away. They are not close to the same thing. Biden and Pence simply cooperated with the FBI. they gave back anything they had misplaced.
You are way off. Trump cannot escape his crimes. Biden and Pence made clerical errors.

Being held in contempt of Congress didn't seem to bother all the magas who ducked congressional subpoenas before the knuckle-draggers took control in Jan. What's good for the knuckle-draggers is good for the Democrats as well.

It's not a matter of having classified data, it's all about the intent. Its obvious from bits and pieces we have learned that Trump refused to return documents, and we dont know who those documents of his were given to, who he showed them to and who may have purchase them.

It's both, plus levels, amounts, usage, and, most importantly here, the cover-up. It's the cover-up that always seems to nail politicians.

FWIW, Obama and Lynch covered up the DNC's Presidential nominee classified material violations. That's wrong and it's corrupt.

Your opinion is not part of the FBI. The FBI can tell the difference between data on a computer that isn't marked classified but should be classified and documents that contain a heading that states they are "classified" while contained in folders that state "classified."

The FBI can also understand how someone can not know that something that is not marked classified is classified and how someone that has eyesight and reading capabilities of a 6th grader can NOT not know that a document that clearly states it is "classified" is covered under a subpoena that requires they turn over ALL documents marked "classified."

Actually, Trump has a far better excuse than either Joke or the Hildabeast. He was president at the time, and presidents can declassify anything they choose to. Yes, there is a process for that officially, but at least Trump could make a reasonable argument that he declassified the documents. In the case of Joke and the Hildabeast, they had no such authority and were, and are, clearly in violation of law and rules covering the handling of classified documents. "I didn't know" isn't an excuse to not be charged. Possession, regardless of intent, is sufficient evidence to charge someone with mishandling classified documents.

I'm being fair about this, you on the other hand, are letting your terminal case of TDS get in the way.

Absolutely wrong! Possession is sufficient for criminal charges to be brought. Real life example I saw while in the Navy. A junior Petty Officer took a Reactor Plant Manual (RPM) home to study so he could get qualified sooner. His intentions were completely honorable and good. He showed the manual to no one else. He got caught bringing it back onto the ship. He was court martialed for mishandling classified documents.

INTENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. POSSESSION IS SUFFICIENT FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES.

They should go for it. Of the three, only Trump has any credible defense, like it or not. It may be somewhat iffy, but at least he does have a reasonable claim to having declassified the documents. If all three were convicted of the felony involved, fine by me.

No, I only stated Of the three, only Trump has a viable excuse / reason in that he was president and could declassify the documents essentially on a whim. That is something neither Hillary or Biden can use as a defense. For them, there is no excuse, particularly in Hillary's case. She went far beyond the other two in using what amounted to a secret private personal server that was illegal in its entirety to receive classified information on. Even her intent was clearly felonious and criminal. At least in Trump's and Biden's case, the documents were just mishandled with no overt intent (at least none at this point) to misuse them intentionally.
