You do not know why the 2nd was part of the constitution. I explained. Ask help.
How has the 2nd defended our freedoms? It just kills our citizens due to a deliberate misinterpretation of the 2nd amendment. It makes America a worse and far more dangerous place to live.

Poor baby doesn't like that people have a right to own guns and that the SC has consistently decided in that direction. Get yourself chosen for the SC then your opinion will matter.

You miss the point. Only the unorganized militia may be abridged, denied, and disparaged in the keeping and bearing of Arms via Due Process by the civil authorities.

That quote is accurate. I just rarely bother to bring it up, because, it's hard to get leftists to accept the Founder's definition of a militia when they won't even accept their constitution for a government.

I have moved the 2nd Amendment discussion from the "Defund the police" thread. It was overtaking the conversation and was not on topic.
