Actually, Biden did create a lot of the supply chain issues since being in office.
He put new regulations in place on truckers that has led to about an 80,000 driver shortage nationwide that is getting worse not better.

When you couple that to California's idiotic Prop 22 (AB 5) that effectively ended about 90% of gig and independent contractor work in the state, it is the Democrat's and Biden's fault

So, while Biden isn't 100% responsible for supply chain issues, he's got a damn large percentage of the blame heaped on him and the Democrats for it.
