You could use JPP as a 'road map'. Someone gets out of line, they get 86ed for a day, then 3 days, then a week. (?)
 
Well, I am sorry about the Tiki thread. That sucks that someone ruined it. I thought that we were all supposed to be adults here? When did it become cool to be obnoxious?
