Amazon Tavern

I don't drink beer. Now a Chivas is another thing.

Ah, a man of good taste! Here, on the house. (Don't tell Mason.)

I know! We went out tonight for prime rib but that chicken looks even better.

You must be some rotisserie chicken fan for it to top prime rib. Then again, I think it depends. If I take my issues with fat into account, I might favor some good chicken myself. Prime rib is awfully fatty and can cause issues. I actually prefer roasting an entire New York strip section. It's better than prime in my opinion. My favorite though is nice roast beef. Take a top round roast, and roast it after smothering it with good spice, or marinade. This is the best spice. https://smile.amazon.com/Hawaj-Yemi...coding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=EJ5QNQ9D5QWZ68RY54BF

That sounds good too!

I like putting a whole chicken, pre-anointed with seasonings, in the smoker for an hour. Then finish it in the oven. That's pretty fine.

How was your weekend, everyone? We went on a foraging expedition yesterday with a group, back up in the foothills. What a beautiful day it was, and what a gorgeous setting too. Brought home a basket full of chanterelles!
