Let's start with something simple. Name one person sitting in jail for Jan 6 who has not had a hearing. All I need is one name. If you can't find the name of such a person then you might want to reexamine your argument.

Except the claim was they were sitting in jail WITHOUT having a hearing. Trials are hearings.

They sat there for a very long time without hearings or trials. That's unjust.

I didn't make that claim so why should I fulfill your request. Make your case for it. The point remains a trial is not an indication that just has been done. What's that famous saying protestors like to use? No justice no peace?

He attempted to influence the states to not certify the election. When that didn't work, he tried to install an AG who would declare the election was illegal. When that didn't work, he sent an armed mob to the capitol to stop the certification of the election. He intended to LEAD that mob, but the Secret Service stopped him. Trump stole the documents that were found at his residence. And in storage lockers. And God knows where else. They are stolen, and Trump has refused to return them. This isn't about Biden. It's about Trump. You support him, which makes you a traitor as well. We will deal with you in due time.

Just because they had a hearing and or a trial that's not evidence that justice has been served. Your implication is there is no reason to complain since they had a hearing or a trial.
