It’s not only blacks, but the elderly and the disabled. It has absolutely nothing to do with stupidity and I’ve never seen anyone but the racists Trumpers claim blacks are stupid.

Agreed. It's financial and physical access.

It's one thing to require Voter ID, but when coupled with shutting down polling stations in high density lower income areas and other anti-voter measures, it's a concerted effort to disenfranchise American voters. IMO, that makes it anti-American.
 
Everyone needs a photo ID...they're necessary in dozens of situations....it's not difficult to get one....
if someone is too elderly or disabled to obtain one, they're probably not going to be voting in person....
For anyone else, no excuse not to have one.
