Of course it's true. There's a small bus company that has minivans and those small buses that run to Dr. offices and hospitals. If they can do it here in small town and rural areas, why can't they do it other places? The residents at hi-rises often go shopping, out to eat, to appointments, etc. together. Plus family members take them. They can get where they need to go.
