Now here's a thing- the flammable gas exuded by eucalypt trees rises up above the canopy , providing a path for fire over the treetops. The trees explode and their seeds and embers ride this flaming roller-coaster for large distances.

Koalas run from fire, moonbat. Any animal does, if it can! They don't sit in trees when wildfire approaches. No koala gets "launched" by any tree.
Flames normally extend above a canopy (if the canopy is on fire), moonbat. No Magick Special Tree needed.
