Are Trumpsters Evil?

Liz certainly is a changer. She is an avowed consumer advocate and battler for the rights of the poor and middle class. That is the opposite of the Repubs and Trump. She is intelligent, well educated and well spoken. She would be a terrific candidate.

I would consider her an establishment Democrat and she wouldn't be interested in changing anything significant. Or if she was, she wouldn't be able to do much from within the Democratic party.

Agree or disagree with me, don't miss the point I'm trying to make on this forum. Refer back to what Chris Hedges is saying.

I consider her to be a game changer. You presume the right to decide what is significant. I disagree.

I repeat "The lowest black and Hispanic unemployment rate in America ever and I and The President are racist!" The facts don't support your brainless accusations, friend!

When the economy tightens its belt, blacks are the first notch. The economy may be helping minorities find crappy jobs, but it is incidental, not the plan. Trump cares about Trump. Your argument has nothing to do with racism.

Well, you could be right? The Dem party obviously saw a flaw in her when they chose Clinton over her and some others. But that doesn't speak to her possible flaws as much as it speaks to the flaws of her party.

Just be aware that unfortunately, it's always going to be true that Americans' most important qualification for a candidate is good looks. And Elizabeth has started to lose that quality.

My opinion is that Ocasio-Cortez has the good looks for black people and Hispanics, and easily good enough for enough white people. All that's missing is:

1. Racism to decline as the US gets further in time from Obama.
2. A realization by Americans that what many of them still view as socialism, is really just socially responsible capitalism.

And that makes the question: Can it happen in time? Consider that it almost did happen last time with Bernie and maybe would have had it not been for Trump telling the people that he was essentially going to give them what Bernie would have genuinely tried to give them. It was the big lie that's still waiting to be discovered.

Liz did not run. She chose not to.
You think Trump's looks helped him?

Liz did not run. She chose not to.

Liz was not persuaded to run by her party obviously! They chose Hillary and they formed solidarity around her

You think Trump's looks helped him?

Yes! In the eyes of those who could already consider him due to his appealing to his message of hating minorities, his looks were good enough. Men don't age in the eyes of the voter. Robert Redford or the 'make my day' asshole would be sure winners. They would have to want it and learn enough politics to pull it off. And then his arrogance and swagger did it. Keepiing in mind the fat over the hill Hillary.

Anyway, I'm not looking for a debate on it, I'm just pointing out the truth that good looks are the most important factor.
