Ya it seems to be recently that we've cut the entire judicial branch out of descisions, there's the executive branch to detain and then deny the existance of "terrorists" and there's the legislative branch to aprrove gross spending by the executives and periodically stonewall about stupid things.
There's only one thing to do, Toss them all out and put a bunch of 12 year olds in their place, they'll still be as loud but they won't do as much damage.

I opposed the PA. I opposed it even though I understood why government would see it as an obligation to protect the homeland in the face of PC politics. That you opposed the PA and yet give Obama the pass, as he and his admin expand it's scope, is what's "funny".
