Lets say we discovered that trump was not born in the USA. He was still certified as President, so everything he signed as President is still valid. The law looks for finality, even if it is misapplied.

Wrong! Anyone who is not a natural born American, cannot serve as president. Lets assume Trump was born in Canada, as such he cannot legally serve as president which makes any and all legislation would be unconstitutional therefore invalid under the constitution. You can try to spin it any way you want but you are wrong.
 
I wonder why Trump didn’t face questions suggesting he was actually born in Germany. There is literally tape of him saying he’s from Germany.

Is it because he’s orange and not brown?

Should not be allowed to serve as President... Much like someone who is innocent should not be executed. It can still happen. It is the difference between can and should.

Once something has happened, the law does not like reversing it. It prefers one bite at the apple.

That is an unanswered question. McCain was technically born in Panama, to two American parents, but still felt he could run for President. Romney's father was born in Mexico, to what he believed were two American parents, but were not, and Romney's father felt he could run for President.

What generally is not an unanswered question is that laws that are generally accepted as being laws cannot be undone based on a reevaluation of a technicality. The original decider decided, and that is the one bite at the apple.
