The issue is not whether they are "foreign born" but whether they are "natural born" citizens. That means they were a citizen at birth as opposed to being naturalized citizens.

Obama's mother was an American citizen which makes him a natural born citizen regardless of where he was born. There are some threads on the conspiracy forum that claims she did not qualify because she did not meet all the conditions required by the law. However, they failed to do sufficient research to show that law was changed thus making Obama a natural born citizen born in Hawaii (or Ghana). Strange the Hawaii newspaper listed his birth they day after.
