Do you know why I believe Obama is a US citizen? Because if there was dirt on him, Hillary, et al, would have dug up the dirt and used it on him in 2008 and every year after. That's how she rolls.
His mother was an American citizen making Obama a natural born citizen and therefore legally president.

Once sworn in as President, the President is the President. There is no way to remove him or his actions without Congressional action as in impeachment for removal or new laws overriding anything he signed.
Let's imagine for a moment that a President's actions are not valid if it can be proved he took office through some criminal or illegal action only found out after he left office. This would lead to chaos. Any possible crime by a former President would be litigated forever. I doubt the courts would be at all willing to step into this quagmire.
The reason Rightwingers obsessively focus on fake birth certificates, Krakens, and wokeism is because they have no enduring and animating genuine principles that guide them.

One regular JPP conspiracy theorist argues that Obama's mother did not meet certain requirements about length of residence. While correct, Congress later changed that law which changed his eligibility.
