The “right to abortion” was never an enumerated Constitutional right and in many states was taken away.

Millions of unborn infants were murdered with no Constitutional right to do so.

The right to marry a same sex person was never an enumerated Constitutional right and it may be taken away.

"This afternoon, a federal judge in Seattle, previously appointed by President Ronald Reagan, issued a nationwide preliminary injunction concerning the enforcement of Donald Trump's recent birthright citizenship executive order that would have stripped citizenship from Americans born in the United States to two undocumented parents.

Previously, this same judge was the first to issue a temporary restraining order preventing the Trump Administration from making sure the order took effect. Now, after briefing, the judge went one step further, issuing this indefinite remedy, and handing the Trump Administration a big loss.

In the new order, the Judge Coughenour blasted the Trump Administration, writing, in part:
