Coke goes Full Woke

look liar, you're just gonna have to kill everyone who doesn't agree with your shit.

You get so mad about me trashing you on an anonymous message board that you have to get all melodramatic like this, ya big ol' drama queen.

LMAO @ your "work ethic".

If your work ethic and interview skills are anything like how you conduct yourself on JPP, it's no wonder you haven't been hired for a job in decades.

You didn't bother to say how, didn't bother to make a counter-argument, didn't bother with any of that.

So...that lack of effort is exactly why you were passed over for that job you applied for that one time...

affirmative action is explicitly race and gender discrimination. serious people don't argue against this fact.

you're a demented idiot.

no. wrong. you're lying. more qualified candidates are routinely passed over to make quota. it's racial and gender discrimination. no doubt about it. and it's ongoing....

AA is a convenient excuse for someone with no discernable work ethic, no qualifying experience, no solid references, and/or incapable of passing a simple background check.

I'm not either, what I'm saying is that AA levelled the playing field so you couldn't coast by on your minimal experience and qualifications anymore.

Now, you have to actually prove you are worthy for the job, and it seems like you continuously come up short there.

So instead of improving yourself and making yourself more hirable, you stew in self-pity and blame something from decades ago that isn't even in practice and never really was.

but first and foremost, it's racial and gender discrimination. you're in favor of racial and gender discrimination. you're a bad person.

The Regressive Left Revolution has taken almost all of America's institutions, and is well along the way of taking the rest.

They will almost certainly rule the land of the ignorant cowards for a depressingly long time.

so you admit you believe racial and gender discrimination have a positive place in modern policy. you're a bad person.

First and foremost, it levels the playing field so all candidates can be considered.

If that means your qualifications are lower than someone else's, that's a you problem, not an AA problem.

You really, really hate that I don't think much of your work ethic and are personalizing this as you make excuses for your own personal failures in life.

Not sure how you can consider levelling the playing field for candidates as discrimination....unless you consider inexperience or poor interview skills as...a protected class or race?

Not sure "Willful Ignoramus" is covered by the Civil Rights Act.

The only way a level playing field can be perceived as discrimination is if you personally lack the qualifications and experience to get the job you're applying for, and accuse the hiring manager of discriminating against unqualified, lazy, and arrogant people...which, I mean...every hiring manager is going to discriminate against the unqualified, the lazy, and the arrogant.

So if you really want to get that job, stop acting like an Asshat.

it's discrimination if it discriminates. why are you so dumb?

or if they're just discriminating against white men, one might perceive it as discrimination against white males. and they would be correct.

It's illegal to discriminate based on race.

The biggest problem you have is that your mediocre-at-best qualifications aren't enough to get you the job anymore, when they previously used to be.

Now you have to compete against everyone for the job, and your qualifications don't look so hot when stacked against others.

You seem like you think you're entitled to any job you apply for. Well guess what? You're not.

"Leveling the playing field" is a nice phrase but what you are really saying is that qualified, but lesser qualified, people are being hired over others solely based upon their racial identity.

Sorry, but that's institutionalized racism since it's mandated by Federal law. AA has been around for almost 60 years. While I fully support and agree with the linked paragraph below, the fact remains that Americans who were more qualified have been repeatedly passed by for hiring to allow lesser qualified people solely based upon racial identity.

This was the big controversy behind Elizabeth Warren's checking the 'American Indian' box on a 1986 State Bar of Texas registration card .

Since AA has been around for most of our lives, how many lives will it continue to outlive?

hence, why aa should have been struck down by the supreme court, but it never has been.

I'm not saying that at all.

All AA did was make sure that employers considered ALL CANDIDATES. So I'm not sure why you oppose that. Wait - I know why...because if the field were to be opened up to everyone, not just people who look like you, you probably wouldn't even get a callback for an interview because your qualifications are...let's say...not really fulsome or great.

What I'm saying is what you, Dutch Uncle, personally think is "qualified" isn't, and you're leaning on your own personal subjective judgment to determine what is a qualification and what isn't.

The truth (that thing you hate so much) is you aren't in the room when they're reviewing candidates.

You aren't in the room when they are reviewing resumes.

You aren't in the room when they're doing interviews.

SO YOU HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA WHO IS QUALIFIED AND WHO ISN'T, DO YOU?

That ignorance doesn't stop you from popping off and distorting what I said into something that you can argue against because arguing that you have a keen eye on what is a qualification and what isn't is just a load of your personal egocentric horseshit you so often substitute for facts in a debate.

All AA does is say that employers have to consider all candidates, not just the white ones.

Your big problem is that if we consider all the candidates, you end up looking less impressive.

So all AA does is remind you just how mediocre you are, and how you didn't really work that hard to attain the mediocre status you have.

You might think you worked hard, but you didn't; and you have nothing to measure that against because you don't want to be stacked up alongside someone who didn't have all the advantages you had, but still managed to rise to your level.

You realize that doing so makes you look a whole lot less successful and impressive than you want prospective employers -or really anyone- to think.

This was the big controversy behind Elizabeth Warren's checking the 'American Indian' box on a 1986 State Bar of Texas registration card

At the time, she believed what her family told her. So, I don't know why you think this matters at all, but even the State Bar of Texas said that wasn't a determining factor in anything of hers.

So try again, loser.

Since AA has been around for most of our lives, how many lives will it continue to outlive?

So, be honest...did you apply for a job that you didn't get, and you're blaming it on affirmative action?

Because that's the only thing that seems to make any sense here.

I am not sure why anyone would be opposed to considering all candidates for a position that anyone could do, unless they think they, or someone else, is entitled to the job...and you are the Queen of Entitlement, after all.

So what authority was given to you to make the determination about hiring in companies you're not a part of, have no knowledge of, and couldn't work for yourself?

hence, why aa should have been struck down by the supreme court, but it never has been.

You think AA should be struck down in SCOTUS so you'll have an easier time getting hired with shitty qualifications, bad experience, poor work ethic, and questionable or fake references.
