No, it's not. Like I stated earlier in this thread, the Supreme Court could revisit the issue and overturn the law just passed. It is far less likely since they ruled on gay marriage in 2014 than it is because Congress passed a law.

They could but they won’t because to them it’s like Abortion, not a constitutional right. They would have to basically admit to being hypocrites and their egos are too big for that.

The law does nothing that was not already the law. It is more of democrats buying votes. How does it change the laws that already were in place?

That's why it is always fun to see the lying Christian Taliban nominees for SCOTUS justice positions lie to everyone about how "stare decisis is still a thing". We know it isn't. They baldfaced lied about Roe being "settled law" because they knew that in order to install their version of Christo-facism they would have to lie to get into a position of power.

No it is not. If it is seen as unconstitutional it can go the same way as abortion. This does nothing except show how Biden and the democrats are anti-Christian

Well, to be fair to Christians like @PostmodernProphet, their God himself called being gay "an abomination". And since God made the gay people I guess He'd know. It must be interesting to make beings that one can then damn to hell for being made the way they were made.
