Not in the least. It's a poor man that can't climb a ladder when it's laying down! My wife is only 5'4" so 5" spiked heels still puts her an inch shorter than me.

Yes. There are some you pay well over $2,000 for, you don't normally use those for working or walking in the fields with the cattle/horses/goats...
