Debunking Covid stupidity part one: Vaccines DO slow the spread

You might say the same about any hardened political belief. Once a political leaning gets hardened into ideology it stays there, as many of our own differing left/right arguments continually illustrate. The question is why should a medical science question reach this point? Why should Dr. Fauci of all people become something on the order of a dirty Leftist?

He was already there for decades.

Fauci has no credibility
now he wants vaxxing to get on a plane. a plane has an excellent air replacement system
He also wants no New Year parties. I wont go into how many times he changed his mind.
He wants to vaxx young kids -he's an idiot

Delta existed for some of that time period but the people with natural immunity didn't catch it for the most part. God you are stupid. :rofl2:

what is this moron claiming now?
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/06/22/health/delta-variant-covid.html
Delta was first identified in the United States in March. It spread quickly. In early April, Delta represented just 0.1 percent of cases in the United States, according to the C.D.C. By early May, the variant accounted for 1.3 percent of cases, and by early June, that figure had jumped to 9.5 percent. The C.D.C. now estimates that the number has hit 82.2 percent.

Natural immunity last for at least 11 months and was found to be superior to vaccinated immunity.
Lasting immunity found after recovery from COVID-19 - from the NIH
https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/lasting-immunity-found-after-recovery-covid-19
The immune systems of more than 95% of people who recovered from COVID-19 had durable memories of the virus up to eight months after infection.
he researchers found durable immune responses in the majority of people studied. Antibodies against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which the virus uses to get inside cells, were found in 98% of participants one month after symptom onset. As seen in previous studies, the number of antibodies ranged widely between individuals. But, promisingly, their levels remained fairly stable over time, declining only modestly at 6 to 8 months after infection.

Virus-specific B cells increased over time. People had more memory B cells six months after symptom onset than at one month afterwards. Although the number of these cells appeared to reach a plateau after a few months, levels didn’t decline over the period studied.

Levels of T cells for the virus also remained high after infection. Six months after symptom onset, 92% of participants had CD4+ T cells that recognized the virus. These cells help coordinate the immune response. About half the participants had CD8+ T cells, which kill cells that are infected by the virus.

I have pointed out fewer people are hospitalized for 100,000 cases in Florida. What do we care if people catch it recover without hospitalization. I'm not concerned if people catch a cold and recover without getting sick enough to get hospitalized.
from what i saw quicky hospitalizations are up 3% over the last 2 weeks in the USA
. even if that were to triple that would be 9% in say a month or more
not good -but certainly not straining hospitalization capacity
( I cant source this just saw it briefly on a newscast)

AGAIN Florida has a smaller percentage of its population vaccinate than NY but it has 2 1/2 times fewer people being hospitalized per 100K cases.
DeSantis did it right. Prioritized the elderly ( CDC said no) and closed nursing home to visitors
Also kids in school full time since august 2020
Then he set up the monoclonal sites - i never hear about them in the northeast or from Fauci

Being an anti-vaxxer is not a matter of defending personal liberties.

It is anti-social behavior and willful aggression toward the community.

People not observing inoculation and masking protocols would be "disappeared" by an efficient government.

We obviously don't have one of those.

Yet you are free to choose.

You can choose not to comply with the mandate, and find yourself employment by working for a company in a State where mandates are illegal, or just form your own business.

The economy is a' changin'.
hey look im a big fan of the gig economy.
I managed to leverage myself into a work at home job @ $30/hr. most pay close to minimum
but i found one that pays better for top agents, so I studied and did all due dilligence and have had that gig for 15 years.

But while there are a lot of jobs out there -switching to a new one or s different state isn't for everyone

Then there are the mandate firings when we have worker shortage..so it dont all come EZ

China, NK, Cuba has one of those, they make people disappear ... move there

So did the Nazis and Stalin...they made disappear! You got one of those flags on your wall?
