Despicable Christians using trickery and lies.

As I said, it does not discuss the long-term negative effects of abortion. You do have rose-colored glasses on when reading that site. You pretend that such impacting life-decisions are "for a little while". I have a very direct knowledge that they are not "for a little while".

I concur ... apparently Jared may not have anyone close to him who has endured the psychological struggles of having an abortion in their past. Much different than having a wisdom tooth yanked out ....

I know several women who have had abortions, that I know of.

One is still unhappy or affected by it, the others merely consider it a diffiicult time in the past. The one who is "affected" does not regret her decision, she just is hurt by it.

And the other two could be less than forthcoming with you on such a personal issue. It effects more women than you think and longer and stronger than any sentence indicates on your site that "gives both sides".

Do they provide long-term psychological treatment for women who are negatively effected?

Illrelevant, they are not using trickery or lies. They give what I belive to be a fair and ballanced evaluation of the issue. I dont belive they engage in trickery or lies. I do believe that the "Crisis pregnancy center" does.

I also dont belive that PP gets any federal money, they may get state money from some states. But PP is not backed by nor does it promote a religous pholosophy.

Nonsense. Any product you sell and tell only the good things about it without the bad is deceptive. Why do you think that when you watch medication commercials they are required to disclose all the side effects.

A lack of that disclosure would be understood to mean they had no side effects.
Ommission is most certainly as aspect of dishonesty.

They tell the bad side... Look above.

Passing over large and long-term negatives is most definitely using trickery.

And I pointed out that they are glossed over, they present a more pleasant picture with short-term effects that may be "hormonal". They present it as a short-term issue easily overcome by the "relief". This is most definitely glossing over what can be debilitating for a long time for some women.

Their rosy picture is directly trickery, as much as only presenting the negatives would be for the other side.

You and I disagree about what the long term affects are.

Only because you have never dealt with them directly.

Not true, while I have never been the cause of an abortion, I have been the closest friend of those who have had them. I have held the hand of a girl who had one the entire next day. She as more upset about the guy dumping her than she was about the abortion.

Because there are more males on the site. There are only three regular female posters. Care is the only one who really chimes in on this. Darla doesn't appear to like to debate this with men, and Tiana isn't on too much.

I raised my nephew for two years because the guilt from the first abortion, years afterward, made it so my sister couldn't bring herself to abort even after she was raped. This is what I mean by direct and personal experience with those long-term effects that you want to deny just because you want to believe that these people are "doing good".

Those people convinced my sister on her first abortion that she would feel "relief" after a short period of some guilt... Come on, Jarod.

Your "experience" with this is incidental at best. Holding the hand of a friend who was upset over the guy dumping her? You weren't engulfed by her emotion... You have no idea what she may feel about this years later becuase she is unlikely to be telling you her inmost guilts like my sister would with myself.

Your pretense on this one is amazing to me. One group is ignoring the long-term and very real effects of abortion on a significant number of women yet you want to give them a pass because you really WANT them to be good....

Both sides on this issue are deceiving the other. If you want all of the information you have to look more than at one place.

I do not dispute that some people are affected this badly by abortion, I dont however think most women who have an abortion are so affected.

Most people who take certain kinds of medications don't have really bad side effects. Never the less the drug maker should have to tell you.

Hell on Sweet & Low they tell you that it has cause cancer in Rats even.

I would think that as a liberal you would insist that businesses fully disclose the effects of their product. Why don't you demand it here.

Tell the whole truth.
