I haven’t been to all big cities in this country so I don’t know if this is normal elsewhere but I’d be willing to be it isn’t. And I’ve lived and worked in DT LA and went a couple miles south. This isn’t normal and it is a hell hole. Only someone who has never seen it could say it’s anything but a hell hole.
