It's actually not Trump doing this.
Trump is too fucking stupid, and uninformed to have a credible opinion on American jurisprudence.

Other people are making the choices, people much smarter than Trump, and Trump is just signing off of them.

Obviously, a distinction without much of a difference.
But, to me the point is....why did anyone expect this dim witted man child to be a "populist" champion, a man for the working people? He is to fucking stupid to have informed opinions or substantive knowledge about how the government operates.

It was always going to be a cast of the same old rightwing reactionaries behind the scenes making the decisions.

The Trump administration is trying to stack the courts. The candidates he is putting up are getting very poor marks from the Bar aocc. So like the FBI, Trump attacks the Bar. They are corrupt, they are unAmerican. Nope, they are neutral and just judge the candidates. Trump offered up one for a judgeship who never tried a case in his life. However, trump thinks everyone should just do what he says. If they don't they are corrupt and crooked. We have a immature teenager for president.
 
Why do liberals think the are entitled to power? Lose an election and all of a sudden we need to scrap the electoral college and lifetime appointments. Never heard liberals say that in 2012. Oh well
