The conversion therapy thing is his personal opinion and has no relevance to legal issues. As far as discriminating against gays by employers he is just accepting current law. Except in a few states laws do not prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and the federal civil rights law does not include sexual orientation. I am not defending the guy or his views, but just stating a fact.
 
Life time very important jobs to unqualified people. You ok with his choices? it is typical of trump to try and install people who agree with him and Bannon. Look at his unqualified cabinet choices. Trump sucks at presidenting. There are more to be rated.

Relax . When Dems are charged they quit. when repubs are, they continue on. Farenhold and Trump ring a bell? How long did Vitter stay in office after his sexual peccadillos became knopwn? POnly about a decade. But he was a Repub. The rules do not apply.
