Every country other the USA has enough common sense to limit various benefits to its own citizens. Here in the USA, our lefties cannot differentiate illegal immigrants from legal ones, which is one of many reasons why we don't want England's healthcare system. We would end up offering free healthcare to the whole world starting with south America at the expense of the productive class in just our country.

Either way, I have not read anything yet about equal healthcare for all where everybody pays the same price and enjoys the same benefits, and where people who don't pay for it don't use it.

If lefties really meant equal healthcare for all, they would be discussing the equal flat rate payment made by each person who receives equal benefits.
