The genesis of this conversation was his stated desire to have the states decide gay marriage, abortion and who can be refused service. To do that, you would have to overturn 14, because those are all (at least according to the courts) constitutional issues.
 
Florida Officials Won't Release Coronavirus Death Toll Data, Report Says

Florida state officials have blocked medical examiners from releasing coronavirus death totals after it was found the examiners’ death count was 10% higher than the state said it was.

The list of deaths, which had been released in real time by the state’s Medical Examiners Commission, is no longer being published after the Florida Department of Health intervened, the Tampa Bay Times reported. The vital data, which includes demographic information and probable cause of death, has now been withheld for the last 11 days.

A spokesman for the health department told the Times that there had been discussions within government agencies about “privacy concerns” for the dead. But while the state’s 22 medical examiner officers are tasked with releasing information including a person’s medical history, they don’t release the names of those who have died.

Last month, the health department attempted to convince a medical examiner’s office in Miami-Dade County to restrict access to death records, the Miami Herald reported.

Meanwhile, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has painted a picture of a transparent government staying up-to-date on the coronavirus death toll.

They want to hide the death totals so that Gov. DeSantis won't look like a fool who killed thousands of his constituents and visitors.

Ron DeSantis found himself holding an N95 face mask, the kind with two elastic loops that go around the head, not just over the ears. He took a gander at it, then grabbed the front of the mask with one hand and pulled the top loop over his head. He then touched the front of the mask—a big no-no—a second time, trying to adjust it over his nose and chin.

The adjustment was impossible because—as DeSantis stood outside in fairly close proximity to other people—the bottom loop was dangling loose below his chin, rendering the whole mask useless.

Desantis is the gold standard by all other governors need to be judged on the coronavirus response, despite having a disproportionate number of elderly we hear lower death rates than nearly every state in the union because of overreacting and arresting people for walking their kids in the park he focused all attention and resources on the most vulnerable population, banning nursing home visits, sending millions of masks and gloves to these long term care facilities, and most importantly banning coronavirus patients from returning to the nursing homes which is the exact opposite of what the mass murderer Cuomo did so why dont you go fuck yourself you fucking retard.
