Forum Alert! ... Forum Alert! ...

You need to get rid of that Prius and get yourself a nice 4WD or AWD vehicle. I have no problem driving in snow.

LOL... I have a Mercedes & an old Dodge Caravan to truck my kayaks, bikes & for rafting etc...

As I have been going up more in winter I have been considering AWD for my next vehicle..

Lots of ppl have them here, part of the lure is being able to use the carpool lanes which is awesome but there are so many they are going to be phasing them out a friend w/ one was telling me..

You need AWD to go in the carpool lane? :wtf:

You are welcome to love NC, as I am Calif of course.......

I have nothing to do w/ the gubment here, other than Ami Berra I have never voted for any of them..

We didn't get to vote on being a sanctuary state or giving billions of budget surplus to illegals instead of tax payers or laying it up for a rainy, earthquake, or burning days..

Hope you have a fun weekend which ever great option you choose to partake in......:)

You don't get to vote, just foot the bill. Sounds like the opposite of freedom.

Been a great weekend so far. Rained several inches last night so the air is fresh and cool, and everything is green on green. Temperatures are starting to hit the 50's at night so the Floridians who summer here wear what I would during the winter. Tomorrow I'll take the '64 TBird up to the Blue Ridge Parkway, over the Linville Viaduct, then back down and hit a farm stand, maybe a local winery or brew-pub.

Cool, you driven up to Front Royal?? I use to stay up there w/ some friends many years ago.......

The ONLY ban on this website is a 12b .... just don’t mention any kind of child porn or molestation or porno .....

And you won’t be banned ....
I got banned because Tapatalk doesn't pay any attention to threadbans and I posted in one of Legion's universal threadban threads , and, of course, when he objected I couldn't see it, having him on ignore like any rational person would.

Heck no, wrong state. That's on the northern end. On this map, I'm in the Highlands region. The highest elevations on the BRP and the highest in the Appalachians.

Typical Democrat, refusing to accept responsibility for his own actions.

The BRP is best in the off season, during the middle of the week. Peak season on weekends you get bike riders followed by Floridiots who won't pass them.

I've done many parts of the App trail, from the Presidential range in NH, sections near Damascus, VA, and most recently Roan mountain. I sold my Osprey pack last year because I only intend to day hike from now on.
