Maybe, unlike you, Musk is onto something. In the US, many--not all but many--of the worst run, most crime ridden, failing, and economically depressed cities are run by Black governments and heavily populated by Blacks. That doesn't necessarily mean there's a correlation there, but the evidence--THE FACTS--strongly suggest one, and that isn't some racist thing, it's observable, measurable, fact.
Interestingly, before complete desegregation was forced on American society, there were numerous Black majority or even all-Black towns and small cities that were doing quite well for themselves. These have since gone under with the rise of the welfare state, desegregation, and increasing government interference in the name of "equality." Maybe government should have helped less and let things work themselves out on a more local level.
