George Floyd - Cop did not kill him. ???

We went over this before, you illiterate fuck. He WASN’T found dead at home with no other apparent causes, was he? He was conscious and ambulatory. That is, until the fatal 9 minutes on his neck.
You are right in that he wasn't sitting at home. He was out thieving. The cops were called initially because he was passing counterfeit currency.
Did you know that counterfeiting can carry the death penalty?

He then resisted arrest and started fighting with cops, shouting, "I can't breath!" the whole time (which requires breathing).

He had a criminal record already, including violent crime with a deadly weapon.
His system has fenanyl and meth in it, quite sufficient to kill him.

A back is not a neck.

Your 3x claim is still bullshit.
No, it isn't.
Let’s see that “other document”.
It will all be presented quite likely in court. It will be used to defend the officers in question. You are not the jury. You are not the judge.

So sitting on a guy's windpipe for about 9 minutes would not kill him? They rewarded millions to the family and they had all the information possible.
Nobody sat on his windpipe, let alone for nine minutes. Stop lying.

Floyd could've simply sat in the back of the police car, but he refused to do so... Cops were very nice to him, even offering to turn on the AC for him, but he still refused to comply. Floyd was already complaining that he "couldn't breathe" at this point, well before any cop had any knee on him. Cops had also been asking each other if they were witnessing a case of excited delirium well before any cop had any knee on him. Eventually, at FLOYD'S REQUEST, he was laid down on the ground.

This is all on video. I watched all of this video footage. Based on the video evidence that I watched, I believe that all charges should be dismissed in their entirety. Floyd clearly died of a drug overdose.

That video is still available for viewing, even though Youtube censored it.

OK, lets read what the autopsy says the cause of death was:

No mention of an overdose. He did have Covid-19 a month before, but had recovered from that. He was not in great health, but you take the victim in the condition you find him.

Floyd died of a drug overdose.

It was on video.
Indeed, the incident was on video. I've watched that video... the WHOLE video, not just the deceptively edited video fragments which fit into a particular narrative that the MoSM kept pushing...

He was saying he could not breathe.
Yes, but he was repeatedly saying those words WELL BEFORE ANY KNEE WAS EVER ON HIM... Additionally, if he was able to say "I can't breathe", then obviously he COULD breathe, or else he wouldn't be repeatedly saying that (or anything, for that matter).

The bystanders were screaming at the cop to get off him because he was killing him.
There are bystanders screaming at cops in many of their encounters with criminals (especially if family/friends/neighbors are around).

I don't need help from you. You are ignoring the truth because you want to. Perhaps the cop was having a bad day. 9 minutes of squishing your throat is bad for people.
YOU are the one ignoring the truth. There was no throat squishing. Floyd died of a drug overdose.

Not dead at home alone with no other apparent causes, was he, dumbfuck?

The ME ruled it a homicide.

Which of those two sentences are you having difficulty with?

Is it OK if I just call you Tiny Penis or would just TP make you feel better?

Look at the positive side, nobody has mentioned that Floyd also had the China Virus. MN can label that as his cause of death and collect $$$$ from the Feds to help offset the millions in trial cost.

Let the Floyd case play out before you continue to spout off without hearing any testimony.

I will - thanks. I don't seek approval.

I never give approval to the willfully ignorant, the insipidly stubborn and out right liars like you and your videot compadre. I just acknowledge that you will carry on in a similar fashion. My previous post stands valid. Carry on.

There is nothing in this post of mine not correct. Tell me what is not correct. I challenge you. You will never find anything

Obviously, you didn't clik on the link in the previous response, which shows how I deconstruct the drivel your videot spewed. Your latest drivel is just a regurgitation of that. Fault me if you can. https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...yd-Cop-did-not-kill-him&p=4314987#post4314987

Who said it was? I just said he had three times the amount needed to kill a person. Ya think that may have contributed to this situation?

You keep alluding to the contention that Floyd definitely would have died without Chauvin's actions. However, there's that annoying words "if", "could have" and "combination of factors" that makes your contention incorrect.

Example. I assault you on a street corner because I believe you insulted my wife & kid. I punch you several times in the face...you lose teeth and subsequently have a minor infection. However, my lawyer points out that your dental records show a history of tooth decay problems that you repeatedly ignore and have been periodically addressed. Also, you have a history of being beligerent to strangers and a few misdemeanors for bar fighting. So my lawyer uses these to try and absolve me of any major compensation for your troubles, saying your teeth would most likely have fallen out anyway eating a sandwich.

That's NOT fair, but that's similar to what you and your like minded compadres would have done for Chauvin.

As I told Mr. Tiny Penis, let the evidence come out and then comment on the demise of Mr. Floyd. You may learn a lot of backstory such as he used the "i can't breathe" line in prior arrests.
Don't get me wrong. I believe the cop was wrong and Floyd made a fatal decision when he decided to ignore the cops polite requests to get out of the car for twenty minutes.
This is one for the jury not the armchair lawyers all over this forum.

So when faced with the flaws of your "logic" in this case, you fall back on "just you wait, the courts will prove me right?" Funny that, as the chronology of the posts shows you taking a definitive stance as to how things actually happened and should turn out based on your viewpoint.

Whatever.

Here’s the deal, you illiterate moron. I’m merely telling you what two autopsies concluded.

They concluded homicide. Not heart attack. Not drug overdose. Not COVID. HOMICIDE. Comprendè, dumbfuck?

The jury can decide whether that homicide is murder, manslaughter or not.

Any more stupid comments you’d like to make, Jethro?

I am not falling back on anything. I just stayed the facts that are public and followed up with the fact Floyd made terrible choices.

Yes, do you get many dates once your personality and tiny penis are on display?
