You are right in that he wasn't sitting at home. He was out thieving. The cops were called initially because he was passing counterfeit currency.
Did you know that counterfeiting can carry the death penalty?

He then resisted arrest and started fighting with cops, shouting, "I can't breath!" the whole time (which requires breathing).

He had a criminal record already, including violent crime with a deadly weapon.
His system has fenanyl and meth in it, quite sufficient to kill him.

Nobody sat on his windpipe, let alone for nine minutes. Stop lying.

Floyd could've simply sat in the back of the police car, but he refused to do so... Cops were very nice to him, even offering to turn on the AC for him, but he still refused to comply. Floyd was already complaining that he "couldn't breathe" at this point, well before any cop had any knee on him. Cops had also been asking each other if they were witnessing a case of excited delirium well before any cop had any knee on him. Eventually, at FLOYD'S REQUEST, he was laid down on the ground.

This is all on video. I watched all of this video footage. Based on the video evidence that I watched, I believe that all charges should be dismissed in their entirety. Floyd clearly died of a drug overdose.

Look at the positive side, nobody has mentioned that Floyd also had the China Virus. MN can label that as his cause of death and collect $$$$ from the Feds to help offset the millions in trial cost.

You keep alluding to the contention that Floyd definitely would have died without Chauvin's actions. However, there's that annoying words "if", "could have" and "combination of factors" that makes your contention incorrect.

Example. I assault you on a street corner because I believe you insulted my wife & kid. I punch you several times in the face...you lose teeth and subsequently have a minor infection. However, my lawyer points out that your dental records show a history of tooth decay problems that you repeatedly ignore and have been periodically addressed. Also, you have a history of being beligerent to strangers and a few misdemeanors for bar fighting. So my lawyer uses these to try and absolve me of any major compensation for your troubles, saying your teeth would most likely have fallen out anyway eating a sandwich.

That's NOT fair, but that's similar to what you and your like minded compadres would have done for Chauvin.

As I told Mr. Tiny Penis, let the evidence come out and then comment on the demise of Mr. Floyd. You may learn a lot of backstory such as he used the "i can't breathe" line in prior arrests.
Don't get me wrong. I believe the cop was wrong and Floyd made a fatal decision when he decided to ignore the cops polite requests to get out of the car for twenty minutes.
This is one for the jury not the armchair lawyers all over this forum.

They concluded homicide. Not heart attack. Not drug overdose. Not COVID. HOMICIDE. Comprendè, dumbfuck?
