Get ready for the new spin

what the fuck does it matter?

he was speaking about what he wanted to see in the bill.

he doesn't control EVERTHING

Dear Deshy,

I have gone back and re-read his quote. It doesn't sound like he is speaking about what he wants in the bill. He seems pretty matter of fact. Here is his quote

BARACK OBAMA, Feb. 25, 2010: Actually, any insurance that you currently have would be grandfathered in so you could keep it. So you could decide not to get in the exchange the better plan. I could keep my Acme Insurance, just a high deductible catastrophic plan. I would not be required to get the better one.

He doesn't say, I want it to be, but the Congress doesn't. Or it might change does he?

Ok so your a heartless bastard.

Fine.

most Americans are not.

prenatal care is the best way to reduce the cost of adult care.

your not to bright sometimes

Again...I'm a woman AND my parents are married

Now...can you provide your beloved facts to prove that prenatal care reduces the cost of adult care?

And again...I"m not saying deny them the money. I"m saying they shouldnt have the kids until they can properly provide for them, period. That includes health or prenatal care.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Im sorry for not knowing your a chick.

Now are you really claiming to NOT know the reasons we have prenatal care?

Its because you can prevent issues for the child in life.

wow why is the right so poorly informed

BTW, if you ask most Americans if they want to subsidize other people having and raising kids....do you think they'll say SURE!?

It's bad enough I have to pay for their public schooling...which in many cases stinks. I do see a reasonable reason for that, in terms of it benefiting society, so I've accepted it over the yrs. However I have not seen real evidence that it is still benefiting society.

It is in a states best interest to have healthy work ready people.

even if your a heartless cad prenatal care is just good economics

I told you yesterday in your own thread I was a woman. Or maybe it was the Off-Topic section.

I can see how well you comprehend now.

I didnt dispute that prenatal care is good for kids.

I disputed that it's 'the best way to reduce adult care'....direct quote from you.

And it doesnt explain why taxpayers have to pay for it when parents are welcome to save up until they can afford kids themselves. Why should we subsidize other people having kids? If they cant afford them, we'll have to continue to support them thru public assistance and programs....because *we are causing DEPENDENCE on the govt*.

You are not entitled to reproduce on the taxpayer's dime.

you really hate other humans huh

WHy? Because I dont want to continue enabling other people to create govt dependents? People that cannot support their families on their own?

That's right folks...I am a Democrat! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

that people will not have their insurance coverage discontinued.

why are you pretending that is what is happening?

Are you aware an insurance company can change your policy by ending certain programs and placing you in another.

that people will not have their insurance coverage discontinued.

why are you pretending that is what is happening?

How would you say you can keep your current plan if you want to and have it actually mean you can keep your current plan if you want to?

because it has to comply with the new laws.

why is that hard for you to understand?

So you couldn't just say 'you can keep your new plan if it complies with the new laws otherwise you will have to get a new plan that will likely cost you more money'. Geez, I wonder why the first statement would be more politically expedient to say?
