Giuliani: Ease Burdens on Business

Offshoring is just as bad as outsourcing. Got that? What's with you, blockhead. Learn to think.

I've properly placed the "regulatory burden" of Sobanes Oxley in the hierarchy of causative actual reasons for outsourcing and offshoring. It's second to the reasons of cheaper labor and corrupt foreign governments willing to enslave their people for a quick buck and enabling western world traitorous globalists to dominate market share, consolidate power, and put political foes out of work, with the cost savings barbarity allows.

No one was suggesting offshoring was any better or worse than outsourcing.

Is it your belief that government regulation plays a negligible role in companies decisions regarding location and personnel?

It plays LESS a role than the other factors i mentioned, the slave labor, the substandard conditions, the corrupt foreign governments creating conditions such that that crappy job is the best option in the country. this is my point. The S-O issue is fucking whininess ass bitchiness. Shut up and fill out your fucking forms.

Never mind.............

I didn't say he was outsourcing. All their work is being done in the U.S. Are you suggesting they should not be allowed to set up operations overseas in the future to allow their company to grow and expand into new markets?

This went over your head...then again maybe not you were to busy changing hands without missing a stroke...pay attention to details!
:cof1:

Well if you insist on flooding my office with all these auditors because you support S-O then I demand you hire hot chicks to do it. The fat ugly auditors we have don't cut it.

Just pay em off man. Just think of the slave labor overseas and what multinationals REALLY want to do to us.

I work for a multinational. We are based in the U.S. but have offices all over the U.S. and the world. What does my company want to do to you and me?

They want to replace us with cheaper workers, so WE will have no choice but work for slave wages or be dependant on the state, either way, we're drawn into servitude.

No one in my company is getting replaced. We are a service organization and you cannot learn a market and serve local customers if you are not in that market. And no one in my company is getting paid slave wages. Those that perform and produce are well compensated. Many others get paid competitive salaries. Our company is about finding the best workers and giving them the support to succeed. It's not about driving wages down.

OK, pollyanna. They'll get to you later.

I guess I should go hide in the closet? My industry is not getting shipped overseas. My industry is extremely competitive and I have no guarantee of a job but it has nothing to do with sending something overseas.

Better watch that guy in the cubicle next to you. He bought that huge box and all those packing peanuts recently....

He's also been trying to trick you onto the scale.... I think it is pretty obvious that you SHOULD worry about being sent overseas...

;)

No, she told you that you were good looking, it was your teacher that said you were special...

Ah yes, you would be correct.

My mom also worries every night that I or my job will be shipped overseas. Maybe she is having an affair with AssHat?

[Read what you just wrote.... manufacturing jobs that generally pay 3 to 4 dollars more than minimum wage are moving...

Tell me, when minimum wage is increased, do those employees who were earning 3 to 4 dollars an hour more than minimum accept their current pay or do they tend to demand that they maintain wages 3 to 4 dollars above the new minimum wage?]

I've been a manufacturing employee during a change in minimum wage. Said manufacturing employees do NOT demand higher pay, as they have one choice...continue to work at their current level of pay, or find another job.

You strike me as one who's never had to deal with such work.

Maybe AssHat is really that guy in the next cubicle!

You may be right Damo. We just had our company's 2008 business plan presented to us by our CEO. Right now half our company's people and half our revenue and assets under management are in the U.S. and the other half is outside the U.S. (U.K., Europe, Japan & Asia). Our large future growth is going to be outside the U.S.

I just invisioned someone (no need for names, could be anyone) asking our CEO during the Q&A why are we growing overseas and why are we distroying America?

The future projections of your company are irrelevant to the discussion, actually.
