If you mischaracterize a position then anything is possible!
What did I mischaracterize?
Here are the top results from yet another simple Google search that I did:
The "American West" is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
Alaska is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
"The Arctic" is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
Antarctica is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
"The Arctic" is "warming FOUR TIMES FASTER THAN" the rest of the world.
Europe is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
Canada is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
"The Middle East" is "warming twice as fast as" the rest of the world.
Others have noticed the same thing that I have noticed:

So, I ask again, what am I mischaracterizing?
Apparently "everywhere" is "warming twice as fast as" "everywhere else".
How does that make any sense?
