The Landlord receives the Property Tax Statement for HIS Property. The Landlord passes on that cost, that expense, to the Tenant.
Look at Schedule E. There's a lot of expenses there.

All that is separate from the property tax statement. We pay the state here. We also have county taxes, school taxes and borough taxes. Hell, we even have an employment tax if you work!
