I looked up Will Happer. He's not a climate guy, he's a physics guy. He's also a long-time climate change denier; he worked under Bill Clinton and lost that job over his position on ozone depletion. Happer isn't trained as a climate scientist so in that regard he's on a par with Trudeau, AOC and Greta. He left his job with trump a month ago because the two men clashed over the issue.

IOW trump picked a guy who would rubber stamp his views, and still Happer ended up jumping ship.
