There were no 'victims' of the Royal Army. It is normal that they shoot down armed traitors, surely? Nobody has to be a traitor just to save slave-owners from paying their taxes. It was a choice. My main interest here is to see a Country created by revolution (which I'm all for) getting so keen to label all who want change 'traitors'.

If he was murdered, it is nothing to do with politics, surely? Soldiers who murder people normally face trial, but it is probably difficult to do it if very powerful people are organising treasonable violence.
