1. he did not use name. you're reading the law entirely wrong. that would be more like what legion did when he created a Yurt username and copied my posts from here and passed himself off as me on multiple messageboards. however, Yurt is not my real name, so it might not even apply to that. it is not changing a linked to post that he made with his own username because someone can clink the link and see it is not true.
2. what is the harm? there is no fraud and there is no thread.
3.. therefore, it is not illegal under the code you provided to alter posts.
4. and once again, you of course only call out those on the right. you completely ignore that dune has changed posts and just admitted this morning that he would continue do so as long he felt like.
HE should know I have reached my last straw on this. People can't even come to annonymous forum any more without being harassed! It is ridiculous.
