---> Jesus Freaks.

Partly, but I do not think it is as simple as that.

There are self-identified rightwing atheists on this forum who tacitly admit they would drop to their knees to lick Trump's shoes.

The Trump-loving, torch-wielding Neo-nazi hordes in Charlottesville, Virginia did not strike me as devout church-goers either.

I'm the opposite, I own cats but really like dogs. They're more work than cats, though. I guess you can get used to leaving the house in all kinds of weather to walk them but for me that would get old quickly. Pretty sure your winters are a lot more hellish than ours, too. Do you have a fenced in yard for when you can't walk them?

Dogs are always happy to see you, cats can take you or leave you.

I live in the city where yards are pretty tiny, more so if you have garages.
Walking the dog is not an option. If you actually can't, you have to go with puppy pads which are much grosser than tidy littler boxes.

If the weather really sucks, the dog will do its business and go home.

I remember this ancient joke: Want to find out who likes you more?

Lock your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car. [Most people drove sedans or coupes with trunks back then in the pre-SUV/crossover era.]

Let them out a half hour later and see who's happier to see you.

I love to read the wailings of lefties still obsessed with President Trump.

Instead of trolling and speculating, how about getting off your fat feathered ass and actually attending one? I actually went to a Kloubchar rally and it was quite nice for all of us attendees sitting together at one six foot picnic table in Iowa. Needless to say, she quickly fell by the wayside, although I think she outlasted heels up Harris.

Now, if you ever decide to stop screeching and actually attend one of Trump's rallies, leave your nest early because they are really an event like on other.

You must be listening to the voices in your head again. No one's "wailing" about your #TangerineToddler. We're laughing at him -- and at you.

I have about as much interest in consorting with the rubes and cultists who worship the corrupt game show host as I do in eating caterpillars. Fuzzy ones. Raw.

What weirdo fangirls over a political candidate anyway? Besides that, he was a shitty reality show host to a fake reality show.

Ever notice how the worship and adoration of a particular political candidate comes mostly from (R) supporters? Obama got some of that, but NOTHING like we see with the #MangoMessiah.

We have a lot of ̶C̶u̶l̶t̶ ̶m̶e̶m̶b̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶ er, Trump followers here. Anyone ever attended one of his rallies? If so, what did you like/not like about it?

Only watched them on television. Aside from all the bullshit, he's very good onstage.

Trump has harnessed the power of insane nutjobs in America.

Yes, he acts like he isn't an incompetent mentally-declining buffoon on stage. Well, no. He can't get past the buffoon part. lol

He's got style, but limited range. He has his talking points and just keeps repeating the same bullshit....although he had done that very well in the past. The reports of his last rally indicate his skills are sinking like the Lusitania especially since he has returned to attacking the military.

QAnon supporters, some of whom are the former president's most fanatical online backers, sent a barrage of messages through the Telegram app that expressed boredom and even anger at the speech Trump described as "the very first rally of the 2022 election." They blasted Trump for not mentioning how his January 6 insurrection supporters are "rotting in jail." And numerous others said Trump should be booed by the Ohio rallygoers for even "bringing up the word 'vaccine,'" specifically because they believe COVID-19 was entirely a hoax.

But a majority of the top QAnon user comments simply expressed their outright boredom with Trump's post-election stump speech, in which he baselessly claimed to have won in November 2020 and blasted any dissenting GOP members as "traitors."

"I'm 100% with the dude, but literally switched from his speech 3 mins ago. Im [sic] done with his speeches," wrote QAnon user Jacob.

I read that many Trumpys left the rally early because he did not even come up with new material. He has worn his shtick out. His audience is getting smaller and smaller.

Time will tell but his betrayal of the Qless and the militias after 1/6 are causing cracks in his facade...like a South Florida condo.
