In other words, some people wanted other people to ignore something about history.

Yet you believe in organized religion.
Even though you can provide NO, scientific, factual evidence to back it up.
I would hardly call that a very 'educated' way of looking at the world.

Perhaps many on the right are not as 'uneducated' as you think.

Sure, lots of them are stupid/uneducated.
But so are lots of people on the left.

Just check out the BLM riots.
Those things were largely-FILLED with STAGGERING morons.

Women's studies majors are so rare, I don't think I even met one person majoring in it the entire time I was in college.

I could toss in sociology, philosophy, political science, art history, anything in fine arts, without even going into the made-up ones like gender studies...
