Homosexuality is not a sin

What criteria are you using to determine if it is or isn't a sin?

I get what you are saying, but that doesn't change what folks actually believe. My question was what criteria the OP was using to determine if something is or isn't a sin, not where you think sin comes from.

My philosophy does not have "sin" but I would not use what I believe as a reason that others should believe the same, that's actually quite obtuse and egocentric.

Well one criteria would be if it harms others.

If you believe that the sky God and his arbitrary rules from 2022 years ago say its a sin, that's hard to argue with from your perspective it is.

Depends on your definition of sin. If your particular sky daddy says harming others is unrelated to sin, then harming others is unrelated to sin. You cant apply logic to religion.

This is the point of separation of church and state. State should not be based on illogical sky daddies.

Why?

Homosexuality is more of a variation than it is a "handicap" or an "abnormality." Furthermore it is not harmful to others or to the gay person, other than within a culture that discriminates against them.
