How do you determine who is illegal?

Here is a question for you. Don’t you have to prove you are a citizen to get a US passport?

And you call yourself a lawyer
To get a passport? I believe you must show a birth certificate showing you were born in the United States

So , you are ok if they perjure themselves... And the court is okay with that?

first things is stop the illegals from entering. next when arrested if you cant prove you're here legally get the fuck out. next they know who was suspposed to show up for court hearing who didnt track them down and throw them the fuck out. Next check with employers in industries with high illegals in their employ. Prove youre here legally or get the fuck out. Its rather simple dipshit
Where would you export me if I lost my ID and all my documents in a fire? Would you send me back to the Rez or would you pick a random nation to send me to?

If I knew they were perjuring themselves Id have an obligation to withdraw immediately.

Correct... You have the obligation to prove who they are before they testify or appear...

No, undocumented immigrants (often called "illegals") are not legally required to provide information about their immigration status to law enforcement or other officials, and they have the right to remain silent when questioned about it; however, if stopped by immigration authorities, they may be detained while their status is verified, and providing false information can have legal consequences.
Key points to remember:
Right to remain silent:
Undocumented individuals have the right to not answer questions about their immigration status when questioned by law enforcement.
Potential for detention:
If someone does not provide information about their immigration status during a stop, authorities might detain them for a reasonable period to verify their status.
Do not lie:
Providing false information to immigration officials can lead to further legal complications.

Who has a duty to report undocumented immigrants?

Undocumented immigrants are non-U.S. citizens who are living in the U.S. without permission because they do not have the right paperwork.

Simple. Start by enforcing the 'real ID' laws and expand these to all cases where ID is required. No real ID, no whatever. That means if an illegal with a driver's license but not a real ID is stopped for a traffic violation, they end up arrested for illegal entry.

If someone refuses to answer any questions from a law enforcement officer, etc., which is their right, the officer does have the option to arrest them and take them to a police station for identification without their consent as they have been arrested. It simply prolongs the process and makes it more painful in the end.
They do not have a "right" to just arrest someone because they refuse to identify. There is no obligation on the citizen to aid the officer in their investigation, and they do not have a right to just arrest folks because they are annoying.

Or simply because they do not speak English.

Ignorance of our legal system astounds me.

They do if that person was stopped and is being asked as part of some issuance of a summons like a ticket. And, yes, a ticket is a form of summons. If you refuse to identify yourself, you are looking at being arrested next and then taken to the police station where they will identify you whether you cooperate or not.

I posted one of those "Sovreign Citizen" traffic stops where the person stopped did exactly what you stated above. That ends with the person being cuffed up, read his rights, and off to jail you go until you're identified by the police. You can clam up all you like, but it doesn't buy you much if anything other than trouble.

If you're legal there should be no problem getting replacement docs. This is all that complicated
