How much has Obamacare saved the American people?

???.....you've tossing around percentages since the first page.......

You appear to be confused. I'm not arguing there's something wrong with using percentages. I'm pointing out that GDP is a dollar figure, not a percentage. In the same sense, if I said the distance between London and Miami was 75 RBIs, and you pointed out my error, that wouldn't mean you have an issue with runs batted in as a statistic. It would just mean you recognized I was being a cretin by trying to express a distance in those terms. In the same way, someone who expresses GDP (as opposed to GDP growth rates) as a percentage is wrong.

oh wait......you get to ignore facts that you don't want to believe......forgot.......

Here this will help you little brain. Imagine if, in the top post, I hadn't cited verifiable statistics with a link. Imagine if, instead, I'd merely related an anecdote -- claiming, with no supporting evidence, that my personal healthcare costs fell dramatically after Obamacare. You'd see the problem then, wouldn't you?

Try to focus, pumpkin. This thread isn't about whether or not the sales pitch for Obamacare was always honest. That's a fine topic for some other thread. This thread is about how much Obamacare saved the American people. Those are obviously very different questions. Something can be oversold and yet still be an improvement.

This thread is about Obamacare and its costs isn't it???? Lying again I see. P.S. $350 < $450.

Lying again I see; you're trying to deflect by whining about semantics. That is what liars do; lie and deflect. P.S. $350 < $450.

Amusing; so if I was paying $350, but am now paying $450, I have more money in my wallet. What a moronic claim.

P.S. $350 < $450.

you provided nothing except evidence that Obama was a total fuck up.....

This thread is about Obamacare and its costs isn't it????

Yes. And specifically it's about the FACT that healthcare inflation since Obamacare passed is markedly lower than any other period of that length on record. Pretty impressive, don't you think? Of course, with ANY inflation rate, even one that sets a record low by a margin, you're going to get higher nominal prices than you started with. So, if the extent of your point is "sure, it was the best period ever, but anything short of zero inflation should be counted as a failure," then I suppose you can push that talking point. It's a little silly though, don't you think?

As you know, I provided evidence that Obamacare-era healthcare inflation was the lowest on record, by a margin. If you like high inflation, then I suppose you can claim Obama was a total fuck up. Otherwise, you're wrong.

For the math challenged dunces like Oneuli: $350 < $450. Therefore NO savings.

You do? What makes you think that? Since I never said anything of the sort, you're the one injecting that claim into the thread. So what makes you think it's correct?

For math challenged dishonest dunces like Oneuli: $350 < $450. NO savings.

And yet here I am, completely demolishing half a dozen conservatives in this debate, single handedly. If a moron can do that, what does it say about the quality of the conservatives here?

No snowflake; here you are making a fool of yourself and desperately trying to explain how $350 is actually > $450 therefore we saved money. It's laughably stupid. But then, you would have to have a brain to comprehend the obvious wouldn't you?
