Even your link says the Judge made no such valuation.

This is not a case of Trump fighting the Tax Assessor, which he already did where each side does THEIR OWN valuation work,.

This is a case where the Judge used TRUMPS OWN valuation of $16MM on the low end and the one he said was 200)% higher on the high end.

Those are Trumps valuations, not the judges. And if Trump submitted one side that is "utterly delusional" that is you saying he committed fraud.

Who decides the value? The owner can claim it's worth whatever

Real Estate agent can claim whatever.....tax office can claim whatever

All 3 have different opinions...none are lying!

If I state my 250k house is worth 350k and someone pays me 350k for it....guess what it's worth 350k


Something is valuled or worth whatever u can get out of it
 
Trump : I am fighting the Tax Assessed value of $16-25MM as it is too high. I signed away FOREVER to all future buyers contractually all development rights and other things that make the property less value.


Also Trump : I am claiming the property is worth several hundred million to over a billion dollars based on the speculative value of someone buying it to redevelop the land amongst other factors.

How do u change a value...that's not set in stone

Link me any property and show us where that value is legally set at one price


If u look at a house on line and the real estate agent has it listed at 150k...u look again 10 days later he changed it to 220k...what law did he break
