If by "killing an unborn child" you mean having an abortion in the 1st trimester, many justices who know much more about the Constitution than you or I over the years have said yes.

Overturning Roe will be about controlling women - it won't be about the sanctity of life.

impossible. That would be a complete undermining of all implied rights if you start to remove 1.

The social cons want to waste time on settled law, and remove a right to privacy.

ROE V. WADE. Surely you've heard of it. You know sent down by the SCOTUS. As I remember citing at least 3 or 4 of the Bill of Rights.

I'd like to use a quote that is very profoundly and widely used by many liberals when it concerns another certain 'right', that is 'no right is absolute' and 'rights can be reasonably regulated'.

following news that Associate Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy will be leaving from the court.

Toobin, a former federal prosecutor in New York, is a longtime friend of Justice Elena Kagan, from their time together as classmates at Harvard Law School.

“Anthony Kennedy is retiring. Abortion will be illegal in twenty states in 18 months,” Toobin predicted.

I don't think so. In fact I'm sure Republican fear like hell that would actually happen. Women's reproductive rights, and abortion is the cornerstone of that fight, was won by women in the 1960's. That war is done. If that were to actually happen in 20 States the political blow back on Republicans would be so vast that by 2020 you could guarantee that Dems would hold both houses of Congress and the White house. Why do you think national level GOP politicians have given this issue lip service and done exactly squat about it over the years? Cause they know exactly what would happen if the rolled back Roe V. Wade. They would lose 75% of the Womens vote. And since happy wives make happy lives a lot of men would change their votes too. Their aint enough devout Catholics or Evengelicals in this country to stop that wave from happening.

So...OK...you couldn't get an abortion in 20 States. You still could in 30 others and the political blow back would be fierce. So...it would actually be interesting to see it happen. If Republicans are smart....this is one cutlure war they will walk away from.

If your religion bans you from abortion, then don't have one. We are not forcing you to have one. We are not in charge of your life decisions.

until you kill the embryo it is not dead cells........is your understanding of biology so bad that you don't know the difference between sperm and a fetus?.......
